Method Experience is an eight-week group journey created for high-achieving, self-aware women who have done the personal development work, understand their patterns intellectually, and still find themselves stuck in familiar emotional loops. This is for the woman who “knows better” but feels her body hasn’t caught up yet — the one who wants to stop overthinking her way forward and start feeling safe enough to actually change.

You’ll move through an eight-week somatic-led journey designed to support emotional healing, identity shifts, and embodied self-trust. Each week builds on the last, allowing space for integration rather than rushing transformation.

The experience is structured around four core modules that guide you through nervous system safety, emotional pattern awareness, embodiment, and rising into aligned action and self-expression. Each module builds the foundation for the next.

You’ll participate in two live, guided breathwork experiences designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and embodiment. These sessions help integrate the work beyond the mind and into the body.

Two live calls are dedicated to integration, reflection, and support. These sessions allow space for questions, shared insight, and grounding the work into your real life.

Throughout the experience, you’ll be guided through body-based practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and embodiment. These practices are designed to be accessible, paced, and supportive.

You’ll receive structured journaling prompts and reflection exercises to support emotional processing, identity awareness, and integration throughout the eight weeks.

All live sessions and course materials are recorded and available for lifetime access, allowing you to revisit the work and continue integrating at your own pace.
