Most personal development focuses on changing your thoughts or pushing new habits. But real change doesn’t stick if your body still feels like it has to stay on guard.
My work begins by helping women feel safe in their bodies again — because stress responses, emotional patterns, and identity-level habits don’t live in the mind alone. They live in how the body learned to cope, protect, and survive. When that underlying tension is addressed, clarity returns. Decisions feel steadier. Boundaries stop feeling threatening. Growth no longer requires force.
Everything I offer is guided by my signature framework, The H.E.R. Method™, which supports transformation from the inside out across my private coaching, group experiences, breathwork, and professional work.
The process begins with Healing — creating safety in the nervous system so old emotional patterns can soften and release. From there, Embodiment anchors self-trust, intuition, and identity into lived experience instead of keeping them intellectual. This is where self-awareness becomes lived trust. Finally, Rising is where you begin to live, lead, and express from truth rather than pressure, performance, or survival.
This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to who you are beneath conditioning, coping strategies, and the ways you learned to protect yourself — and learning how to stay there in real life.

I’m Anita Karadalian-Girgis — a somatic healer, breathwork guide, and creator of the H.E.R. Method™.
I know what it feels like to live trapped in old emotional stories and survival-based identities. I also know what happens when you choose to heal instead of stay there.
My work is rooted in lived transformation, nervous system regulation, and trauma-aware practices that support real, embodied change. I don’t believe in forcing growth, bypassing emotions, or pushing through burnout. I believe in safety, presence, and learning to trust the body as a source of truth.
I work with women who are high-functioning, self-aware, and ready for a new way of leading — one that doesn’t require self-abandonment to succeed.
